Often individuals and couples who come in, describe working hard on their own, but somehow find themselves stuck. Together we can better understand what you have found helpful so far, develop and support new strategies, and continue to recognize old patterns that may be in the way.
Sometimes individuals or couples report going through a life event that has become challenging, and has knocked them off course. Sometimes problems have developed over time, and have begun to feel repetitive. Other times problems have surfaced as big decisions or transitions are being faced. I believe strongly in the opportunity for growth and the human determination and capacity to make changes where there is motivation and desire.
